Limited bathroom lighting needs improvement!!! The noisy plumbing and wooden floors distracted from an otherwise serene experience. A bit more attention to cleanliness would also go a long way!!!

I had a disappointing experience with the housekeeping service. It struck me as odd that a glass of water sat unchanged on my bedside table for three entire days. Additionally, the pillows were never replaced back on the bed after cleaning, which felt neglected and made my stay less comfortable than it could have been.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the fantastic Oceanário and the beautiful Lisbon Zoo. The hotel is perfectly located near great restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!
