    No complaint, the hotel met requirements. Pastries, eggs and meats provided for breakfast was good. It was air-conditioned, light filled and by an ineffective curtain. The location was excellent and beautiful for walking around a waterside public plaza. Besides, we were short walk to the most beautiful square in Lisbonne, the preservation and the Pink Street.

    The hotel is wonderful, it has light filled rooms and incredibly welcoming employees. The breakfast is tasty and enjoyable and pastries, eggs, and meats are perfect. It offers excellant services. Overall, there is free Wi-Fi that works well throughout the property. Totally recommended for celebrating birthday.

    Prime location on Praça do Comércio, charming historic architecture, unique dining at RIB restaurant

    Limited bathroom lighting needs improvement!!! The noisy plumbing and wooden floors distracted from an otherwise serene experience. A bit more attention to cleanliness would also go a long way!!!

    Beautifully decorated and luxurious ambiance throughout.

    It struck me as odd that a glass of water sat unchanged on my bedside table for three entire days. The pillows were never replaced back on the bed after cleaning.

    We explored the fantastic Oceanário and the beautiful Lisbon Zoo. The hotel is amazing location near great restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!

    The only downside was the housekeeping, as our room's glass of water was left untouched for three days.
